View your billing information
You can view your WooCommerce Connector billing information from the Customer Portal.
To view your billing information
Choose
, enter woocommerce connector setup, and then choose the related link.The WooCommerce Connector Setup page opens.
On the action bar, choose Subscription > Customer Portal.
Partner billing
To ensure that end clients don't have to pay for the WooCommerce Connector directly, partners can specify their credit card details and billing information when upgrading a client's production environment to a paid subscription.
Synchronizing over 500 sales orders per month
There is no additional cost for synchronizing more than 500 sales orders per month. The Heavy Sync price of $250.00 USD remains the same regardless of the number of orders beyond the 500-order threshold.
Subscription cancellation timing
You can cancel your WooCommerce Connector subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect after the billing period for the month in which you cancel ends.
Supported payment methods for the subscription
Typically, customers use credit cards to pay for their subscription. Other payment methods, such as ACH credit transfer, are also available. To discuss alternative payment methods, feel free to contact us.
