Total tax amount line

You can configure the WooCommerce Connector to automatically add a separate total tax amount line to sales orders and post the amount to a designated General Ledger (G/L) account during order synchronization between your webstore and Business Central. This feature provides valuable insights into tax costs.

To enable this feature, configure the G/L account in the Sales Tax Account No. field.

To configure the sales tax account number

  1. Select Search (Alt+Q) Tell me what you want to do, enter woocommerce connector setup, and then choose the related link.

    The WooCommerce Connector Setup page opens.

  2. If you have multiple setups, select the one that you want to configure, and then on the action bar, select Manage > Edit.

    The WooCommerce Connector Setup page opens.

  3. In Sales Tax Account No., specify the number that represents the G/L account to which the WooCommerce Connector is to post sales tax amounts from webstore orders.
