Subscription and billing
Learn about subscription and billing for the WooCommerce Connector.
Subscription overview
The WooCommerce Connector includes a 15-day free trial in a production environment. After the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the service.
Note
Note:
The WooCommerce Connector is free to use in sandbox environments indefinitely. All paid features can also be activated for free in sandbox environments. Sandbox environments provide the capability to fully test all features before activating the app or individual features in a production environment.
A subscription provides ongoing access to core features such as:
- Order synchronization
- Product updates
- Customer syncing
- Continuous improvements and support
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be managed through the Customer Portal. Maintaining an active subscription is required to avoid service interruptions.
Subscription scope and billing model
A subscription is required for each Business Central company. If multiple webstores are connected to a single company, only one subscription is required, and the order count across all webstores is combined for billing purposes. If each webstore is connected to a separate company, a separate subscription is required for each company.
There are no additional or hidden fees. You only pay for what you use. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the subscription price.
